This policy explains how JobConfirm Technologies Inc. (“JobConfirm,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Foreman Copilot, jobconfirm.com, and related services (the “Service”).

Information we collect
We collect:
- Account and billing information: name, company name, email, phone, password, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Job records you upload: photos, video, notes, job addresses, roof type, install phase, and crew identifiers.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from IP.
- Communications: emails and support messages you send us.
We do not intentionally collect health records, biometric templates, or children’s data. The Service is for adult business users.
How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service
- Bill and collect subscription fees
- Support your account
- Secure the Service and prevent abuse
- Improve Foreman Copilot, including using de-identified or aggregated job data to train and evaluate models
- Comply with law
How we share information
We share information with:
- Stripe, for payments
- Hosting and infrastructure vendors that store or process data for us
- Professional advisors if required
- Authorities if the law requires it
- A buyer if we sell or merge the company, subject to this policy
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use job photos for unrelated advertising networks.
Your content and models
Photos and job data you upload stay associated with your account so you can run the product. We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve verification quality. We do not sell identifiable job packets as a data product.
Retention
We keep account and job data while the account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation unless you request deletion or law requires a longer hold. You should keep your own copies of important records.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and vendor security features. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Update account information in the dashboard
- Cancel the subscription in Stripe or by emailing us
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@jobconfirm.com
If a U.S. state privacy law applies to you, we will honor required requests. We are not a HIPAA covered entity. We do not target the EU as a primary market. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted with a new effective date.
