Terms of Service
JobConfirm Technologies Inc. — Foreman Copilot Beta
Effective date: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and JobConfirm Technologies Inc. (“JobConfirm,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of Foreman Copilot and related websites, apps, and services (the “Service”).
By creating an account, clicking accept, or paying for the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are buying for a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
What the Service is
Foreman Copilot is documentation software for construction crews. It helps a crew capture photos and notes by install phase and review them in a dashboard.
The current offering is a Beta. Features may change, break, or be removed.
The Service is not:
- a licensed home inspection
- an engineering, architectural, or code-official opinion
- a warranty of the roof or any workmanship
- insurance, bonding, or a guarantee to a homeowner, insurer, or municipality
- a substitute for a competent foreman
Any “verification,” score, or pass/fail result is a software output for your internal use. You remain responsible for the work on the job.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. The Service is offered to U.S. contracting businesses. You will not use it for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts and crews
You are responsible for account credentials and for everyone who uses the Service under your subscription.
A crew is one team that can be on a job at the same time. Pricing is per crew, per month. Two crews working at once require two subscriptions.
You will keep contact and billing information accurate.
Fees and billing
Beta price: $99 USD per crew per month, plus any taxes Stripe is required to collect later.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You authorize JobConfirm and its processor (Stripe) to charge the payment method on file.
Cancel anytime before the next renewal. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded unless required by law.
We may change prices with notice before the next renewal.
Your content
“Customer Content” means photos, video, notes, job addresses, crew names, and other data you or your users upload.
You keep whatever rights you already have in Customer Content. You grant JobConfirm a license to host, process, display, and back up that content to provide the Service to you, and to use de-identified or aggregated data to improve Foreman Copilot and related models.
You represent that you have the right to upload Customer Content (including photos taken on a job site) and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or that creates risk to the Service.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service
- copy, resell, or reverse engineer the software except as the law allows
- upload malware
- use the Service to make a false claim that JobConfirm certified, permitted, or warranted a job
- share login access outside your company except with your crew users
Beta disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBCONFIRM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

- the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- stored photos will be available forever
You should keep your own copies of important job records.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
JobConfirm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost profits, lost jobs, rework costs, leaked claims, insurance denials, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.
JobConfirm’s total liability for all claims arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some states do not allow certain limits. In those states, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
Indemnity
You will defend and pay claims against JobConfirm that arise from: your job-site work; your Customer Content; your misuse of the Service; or your telling a customer, insurer, or inspector that JobConfirm certified or warranted the work.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. You can read it at jobconfirm.com/privacy. By using the Service, you also accept that policy.
Intellectual property
JobConfirm and its licensors own the Service, software, models, dashboards, and branding. These Terms do not sell you that IP. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. After termination we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period, subject to legal holds and our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms. If a change is material, we will try to give notice by email or in the product.
